Missions appear only when they are active, you are eligible, and their targeting matches your profile.
Language targeting matches your Mission languages. Interest targeting matches your profile interests, and Missions without interest tags match everyone. Country targeting matches your Based in country or your Active in countries, and Missions without target countries match everyone.
Some Missions are open to everyone, some are matched to relevant members, and company Missions can be limited to My team members.
You must also have completed onboarding, be available for Missions, and not have declined or already joined the Mission. A Mission can fill up, so seeing it does not guarantee a place. Claim eligibility is checked when you claim.
